Automaker Stellantis is undergoing a deep overhaul and plans major changes to its management following the removal of CEO Carlos Tavares, according to people familiar with the matter. Chief Software Officer Yves Bonnefont will step down, and Linda Jackson, who oversees the Peugeot brand, will also leave. Bonnefont is reportedly responsible for software business that delayed the launch of key new models such as the all-electric Ram pickup truck in the U.S. and European markets. In the future, Chief Engineering and Technology Officer Ned Curic will be responsible for overseeing the software business.
