NIO releases the industry's first 5nm automotive-grade advanced smart driving chip

At the NIO IN 2024 Innovation Technology Day, NIO showcased the NIO Digitimes NX9031, which performed beyond expectations. This chip is the industry's first high-end smart driving chip manufactured using a 5nm automotive-grade process, and has been independently designed and produced. According to Li Bin, the Digitimes NX9031 has more than 50 billion transistors. In terms of comprehensive capabilities and execution efficiency, a self-developed chip can achieve the performance of four industry flagship chips.
