Honda launches massive global recall

Honda will recall 1.55 million vehicles in Japan due to engine safety hazards. The recall involves eight models, produced from July 2017 to November 2024. Officials said the main problem lies in the engine control program. In extreme cases, the vehicle may stall and be unable to restart. So far, 111 related fault reports have been received. In addition, Honda has also launched large-scale recalls in the US and Chinese markets.
