Weidu Technology Completes US$200 Million Pre-IPO Round of Financing

New energy heavy truck company Weidu Technology has completed a $200 million Pre-IPO round of financing, led by the Belgian sovereign wealth fund. This round of funds will help Weidu Technology's IPO work in the United States go smoothly. Anhui Weidu Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2022. Including this round of financing, Weidu Technology has completed 6 rounds of financing, with a cumulative disclosed financing amount of more than 2 billion yuan.
