CATL files intellectual property infringement lawsuit against China New Aviation, seeking compensation of RMB 92 million

According to Electric Home, on the evening of July 26, Zhongxin Airlines issued an announcement stating that it had received a "Civil Complaint" from the Intermediate People's Court of Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. CATL filed an intellectual property infringement lawsuit against it and Fuzhou Cangshan Aion Automobile Sales and Service Co., Ltd., requiring Zhongxin Airlines to compensate for economic losses of 92 million yuan. CATL's four claims include: 1. Zhongxin Airlines immediately stop infringing on CATL's patent rights; 2. Fuzhou Cangshan Aion Automobile Sales and Service Co., Ltd. immediately stop infringing; 3. Zhongxin Airlines compensates CATL for economic losses of 92 million yuan; 4. Zhongxin Airlines compensates CATL for reasonable rights protection costs of 300,000 yuan. In response, Zhongxin Airlines said it would actively respond to protect its own rights and interests.
