Zhengli New Energy submits its application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

On July 26, Jiangsu Zhengli New Energy Battery Technology Co., Ltd. (Zhengli New Energy) submitted a prospectus and plans to prepare for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Zhengli New Energy's revenue in 2021, 2022, and 2023 will be 1.5 billion yuan, 3.29 billion yuan, and 4.162 billion yuan respectively. As of March 31, 2024, the total designed capacity of Zhengli New Energy's battery cell products is 25.5GWh, and the company's main production lines are all located in Changshu, Jiangsu.
