YOFC's advanced Wuhan base is expected to achieve mass production in April-May

It is reported that the YOFC Wuhan Advanced Base Project will not stop work during the Spring Festival, and will make every effort to sprint to the key stage of production. It is expected to achieve mass production from the end of April to the beginning of May, and then start the work of improving yield and capacity. After the project reaches full production, it is expected to produce 360,000 6-inch silicon carbide wafers and epitaxy, and 61 million power device modules annually, which will be widely used in new energy vehicles, photovoltaics, energy storage, charging piles and other fields.
