Qianfan constellation 2025 launch service open bidding, 162 satellites are about to be launched

China's bidding service platform has released the "Qianfan Constellation 2025 Launch Service Project Open Bidding Announcement". Shanghai Yuanxin Satellite Technology Co., Ltd., as the bidder, plans to purchase 9 launch services of 18 satellites per rocket, totaling 162 satellites. These satellites will be deployed in three phases: 648 satellites will be launched by the end of 2025, another 648 satellites will be launched by the end of 2027, and finally more than 15,000 satellites will be launched by the end of 2030. Yuanxin Satellite has signed cooperation agreements with companies in Malaysia and Brazil, and is negotiating business with more than 30 countries.
