Lyft and Mobileye plan to launch driverless ride-hailing service in Dallas

Lyft Inc. expects to launch a self-driving ride-hailing service in Dallas in 2026 with technology supplier Mobileye. The service builds on a partnership the two companies first announced last November. Lyft CEO David Riescher said users in the Texas city will be able to book self-driving cars that use Mobileye technology and are owned by Marubeni Corp. The company plans to roll out thousands of such cars to other cities.
