Zhixing Automotive Technology plans to raise funds through public offering

Zhixing Automotive Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (01274.HK) announced that it plans to raise funds through a public placement of up to 11,190,200 new H shares at a price of HK$20.88 per share. It is expected that the placement will raise approximately HK$228 million (after deducting relevant expenses).
