Meta's Llama 3.1 and Mistral Large 2 are open source

Following Apple, Meta is not to be outdone. Its heavyweight large models Llama 3.1 and Mistral Large 2 have been open sourced one after another. In multiple benchmark tests, the performance of Llama 3.1 surpassed many closed-source SOTA models.
