Geely leads in all-solid-state battery R&D progress, expected to be mass-produced in 2025

According to insiders, Geely CEO Gan Jiayue disclosed the research and development progress of Geely's all-solid-state battery at the mid-year management conference. It is reported that Geely's all-solid-state battery may lead its competitors in energy density and mass production time. At present, Geely has achieved an energy density of 400Wh/kg and a 20AH battery cell. In addition, Geely has also made new progress in battery supercharging technology, and has achieved high-power fast charging of hybrid 4c pure electric batteries, which is expected to be mass-produced in 2025.
