Data shows that among the installed types of 800V electronically controlled power modules, the installed capacity of SiC-MOSFET modules has dropped from 23% in 2022 to 19%, and then increased significantly to 63% in January-May 2024, gradually occupying a dominant position. In the supporting relationship between SiC power semiconductor suppliers and car companies, companies such as BYD Semiconductor, Core Energy and Infineon not only occupy a large market share, but also have established stable cooperative relationships with many well-known automakers.
