Aehr's quarterly revenue rebounds, with silicon carbide a key driver

Aehr's revenue in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024 was $16.6 million, exceeding expectations. Its full-year revenue increased from $65 million in fiscal 2023 to $66.2 million in fiscal 2024. Gayn Erickson, president and CEO of Aehr, said silicon carbide will continue to be a key factor in driving revenue growth in the current fiscal year and beyond.
