Bethel announced on August 1 that its application for public issuance of convertible bonds has been accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and will be reviewed in accordance with the law. The planned number of convertible bonds issued this time shall not exceed 28.32 million, and the total issuance amount shall not exceed 2.832 billion yuan. After deducting the issuance expenses, the net proceeds raised will be used for multiple projects, including the annual production of 600,000 sets of electronic mechanical brake (EMB) research and development and industrialization projects, the annual production of 1 million sets of wire-controlled chassis brake system industrialization projects, the annual production of 1 million sets of electronic parking brake system (EPB) construction projects, high-strength aluminum alloy casting projects, Mexico's annual production of 7.2 million lightweight parts and 2 million brake calipers projects, and replenishment of working capital.
