Tesla sets up new insurance brokerage company in China with registered capital of 50 million yuan

Tesla Insurance Brokers (China) Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Zhu Xiaotong as the legal representative, a registered capital of 50 million yuan, and its business scope includes insurance brokerage business. Tesla Insurance Services Co., Ltd. holds all the shares and is the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller. Previously, Tesla established an insurance brokerage company in August 2020, but failed to obtain regulatory approval and was deregistered on April 16 this year.
