Infineon Technologies Kulim Plant to be inaugurated soon

Infineon Technologies announced that their Fab 3 in Kulim, Malaysia will hold a wafer fab inauguration ceremony in August. This plant is known as the world's largest 200mm (8-inch) silicon carbide (SiC) power wafer fab and has officially entered the countdown to production.
