Complex driver design under AUTOSAR architecture

243
In the AUTOSAR architecture, a complex driver (CDD) is a special software entity that is located at the basic software module (BSW) level and is responsible for performing complex sensor and actuator control to meet specific functional and timing requirements. The main goal of the CDD is to access or access through the AUTOSAR interface and/or basic software module API, interacting with standard BSW modules or runtime environment (RTE).
