U.S. Department of Commerce issues preliminary anti-dumping ruling on Chinese low-speed passenger vehicles

On January 26, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced that it had made a preliminary anti-dumping ruling on low-speed personal transportation vehicles imported from China. The preliminary ruling determined that the weighted average dumping margin of Chinese producers/exporters was 127.35%-478.09%. The U.S. Department of Commerce is expected to make a final ruling on the case on June 16, 2025.
