GAC Aion advances Hong Kong listing plan, seeks to transfer part of equity

GAC Aion New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. (GAC Aion) is advancing its plan to list in Hong Kong. The company plans to transfer part of its equity to China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. by listing on the Beijing Equity Exchange. Although the announcement did not disclose the specific number or proportion of shares, the transaction period is set from August 1 this year to January 22 next year. GAC Aion is currently preparing for an IPO in Hong Kong, and all preparations for the listing are proceeding smoothly.
