Cooperation between Hanchuan Intelligence and Shenzhen Exxon

In November 2022, Hanchuan Intelligent announced that it had signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Exxon New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., which plans to place a substantial purchase order of no less than the first batch of 3GWh of lithium battery-related equipment to the company, and give priority to purchasing the company's related equipment in the subsequent 50GWh investment. In March 2023, Exxon's holding subsidiary issued a lithium battery equipment order of approximately 394 million yuan to Hanchuan Intelligent.
