Xpeng Motors announced that it plans to invest 4 billion yuan to build a new headquarters building in Cencun, Tianhe Smart City, Guangzhou. The new site covers an area of ​​more than 500,000 square meters and is expected to be put into use in August 2025. The new headquarters will provide more office space and facilities, including a 5,000-seat restaurant and a four-story automated parking lot.
