Dolly Technology introduces the world's first 9200T die-casting island "1+2" ​​aluminum water supply system

On August 8, 2024, Dolly Technology successfully held the ignition ceremony of the world's first "1+2" ​​aluminum liquid supply system for the 9200T die-casting island at its Changzhou production base. The system was carefully developed by Deno Thermal Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. and innovatively adopted a combination of a tower melting furnace and two quantitative furnaces. It is the world's first integrated die-casting "1+2" ​​aluminum liquid system industrial large model. The system is specially designed to support the aluminum liquid supply of two sets of 9200T ultra-large die-casting islands to meet the needs of high-efficiency production. At present, its Yancheng, Changzhou, Jiangsu and Lu'an, Anhui factories have a total of 8 sets of 6100-9200T ultra-large die-casting islands, making it one of the world's largest OEM manufacturers of large-scale integrated die-casting body parts.
