Liu Weidong's contribution to Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Co., Ltd.

In April 2001, Liu Weidong became the general manager of Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Co., Ltd., and in July of the same year, he was appointed as the deputy general manager of Dongfeng Motor Corporation. Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Co., Ltd. occupies an important position in the Dongfeng system. It was jointly funded by Dongfeng Motor Corporation and Citroen Group, and successively produced Citroen and Peugeot brands in China. In December 2003, Liu Weidong was appointed as a member of the Group Management Committee by PSA Peugeot Citroen Group, which was a high recognition of his management achievements in joint ventures.
