FAW Hongqi cooperates with Core Energy Semiconductor to showcase automotive-grade silicon carbide power products

FAW Hongqi and Core Energy Semiconductor recently displayed a number of automotive-grade silicon carbide power products at the FAW Hongqi Supply Chain Innovation Technology Exhibition. Among them, the new generation of silicon carbide power modules uses innovative packaging technology to improve performance and meet the needs of new energy vehicle main drive systems for high power density and high reliability. The product is planned to be mass-produced in FAW Hongqi and several OEM models.
