Alte and Yazaki jointly establish new energy vehicle joint venture

Alte Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. and Yazaki (China) Investment Co., Ltd. officially announced that the two parties will jointly invest in the establishment of a joint venture named Beijing Alte Yazaki New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The new company will focus on the research and development and sales of high-voltage electric systems for new energy vehicles. Its main products include power battery systems, drive systems, charging and distribution systems and other high-voltage systems.
