According to the latest news, Xiaopeng Motors has recently made major adjustments to its organizational structure to adapt to changes in the intelligent driving technology route. The core of this adjustment lies in the Technology Development Department, which has been split into three parts, focusing on the research and development of AI end-to-end models, the delivery of AI applications, and the improvement of AI energy efficiency. This change means that the algorithm team is divided into two, one focusing on model development and the other on product delivery. Xiaopeng Motors stated that by setting up three major sections: AI model development, AI application development, and AI performance development, the company aims to accelerate the improvement of AI capabilities and the transformation of the organization to AI.
