China's automobile production and sales hit a new high in 2024, with new energy vehicles accounting for nearly 40%

According to data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, the cumulative production and sales of automobiles in 2024 will reach 31.282 million and 31.436 million respectively, of which the production and sales of new energy vehicles will reach 12.888 million and 12.866 million respectively, accounting for 40.9% of the total sales of new cars.
