Adient's second-quarter revenue falls 8%

Automotive seating supplier Adient's revenue fell 8% year-on-year to $3.7 billion in the second quarter; adjusted net profit plummeted 69% year-on-year to $29 million; due to lower customer production, adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (Adjusted EBITDA) was $202 million, down 27% year-on-year.
