European new car registrations to rise only 0.9% in 2024

According to data released by the European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA), new car registrations in Europe in 2024 will increase by less than 1% from 2023 to 12,963,614 vehicles. Among them, the Spanish market performed best, achieving a full-year growth of 7.1%, while registrations in France, Germany and Italy fell by 3.2%, 1% and 0.5% respectively.
