Anhui Zhijie New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. was established on January 23 with a registered capital of RMB 1 billion. The company is wholly owned by Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., with Yu Jiufeng as the legal representative. At the end of last year, Chery appointed Yu Jiufeng as the new general manager of the Zhijie brand.
