Vitesco Technologies merged into Schaeffler Group

Vitesco Technologies announced in April this year that it would merge with the automotive parts supplier Schaeffler Group, and the integration of the two parties is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of this year. This is another important change for Vitesco Technologies after Continental AG divested its automotive powertrain business in 2018.
