Nissan, Honda and Mitsubishi Motors terminate memorandum of understanding on tripartite cooperation

According to news on February 13, Nissan Motor, Honda Motor Co., Ltd. and Mitsubishi Motors announced the termination of the originally planned three-party cooperation memorandum of understanding (MOU). This decision is based on the business integration memorandum between Nissan and Honda that was terminated on December 23 last year.
