TSMC employee dividend plan approved, each person can receive more than NT$2 million

TSMC's board of directors has approved the latest employee dividend plan, which is expected to receive more than NT$2 million (about RMB 445,200) per employee on average. The plan involves employee performance bonuses and salaries (dividends) for 2024, with a total amount of NT$140.59256 billion. At the end of last year, TSMC had about 70,000 employees, so each person could receive more than NT$2 million on average, an increase of NT$513,200, or about 34.32%, compared to last year.
