China Resources Microelectronics has launched a number of power module products based on high-voltage super-junction MOS, IGBT, SiC and other technologies, covering key areas such as new energy vehicles, industrial control, and new energy power generation. China Resources Microelectronics has achieved mass production of 56 automotive-grade power chips and has officially entered the supply chain list of a certain OEM in Chongqing. China Resources Micro plans to increase its third-generation semiconductor production capacity to the top five in the world and accelerate the layout of new areas such as automotive MCUs. At present, its automotive MCU has passed the AEC-Q100 certification, with annual shipments exceeding 10 million, filling the gap in domestic mid-to-high-end automotive MCUs.
