Tongguang Semiconductor sets up factory in Baoding, with total planned production capacity of 700,000 pieces

Tongguang Semiconductor has three factories in Baoding, namely Baoding Tongguang Crystal Factory, Laiyuan Factory and Baoding Tongguang New Materials Factory. The total planned production capacity of these three factories has reached 700,000 pieces, covering the complete production line from raw material synthesis, crystal growth, substrate processing to wafer testing.
