ASE Technology Holding Co., Ltd. releases 2024 financial report

Semiconductor packaging and testing giant ASE Technology Holding Co., Ltd. released its financial report for the fourth quarter and full year of 2024 at a legal conference on February 13. The report shows that the company's revenue in the fourth quarter of 2024 was NT$162.264 billion, a 1% increase from the previous quarter and a 1% increase from the previous year. The full-year revenue was NT$595.41 billion, an increase of 2% from 2023. The company's gross profit margin was 16.3%, an increase of 0.5 percentage points from 2023. Thanks to the strong demand for advanced packaging and testing, the revenue of the advanced packaging and testing business exceeded US$600 million in 2024, accounting for 6% of the overall packaging and testing business revenue, and the full-year revenue of the packaging and testing business reached NT$325.875 billion, a year-on-year increase of 3%.
