Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix were passive in NAND capacity addition in the second quarter

Industry sources revealed that both Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix showed a passive trend in NAND capacity additions in the second quarter. Samsung Electronics' NAND bit growth rate fell by a mid-single digit (4-6%) compared to the first quarter of last year, while SK Hynix's NAND bit growth rate fell by a low single digit (1-3%) over the same period.
