New energy vehicle market share increases, but traditional fuel vehicles still dominate

In 2024, gasoline cars still rank first in sales in the EU, with a market share of 33.3%. The market share of hybrid cars and electric cars has further increased, ranking second and third, accounting for 30.9% and 13.6% of the annual new car sales respectively, while the market share of diesel cars has further shrunk.
