Sunny Optical Technology's mobile phone lens shipments hit a new high in July

On August 9, Sunny Optical Technology released an announcement on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, announcing that its shipments of mobile phone lenses in July reached about 115 million units, a year-on-year increase of 20.7%, setting a new high this year. At the same time, the company's automotive lens shipments also reached 8.811 million units, a year-on-year increase of 9%. However, the shipments of mobile phone camera modules declined to 43.895 million units, a year-on-year decrease of 19.5%. In this regard, Sunny Optical said that it was mainly due to the optimization of product structure, reducing the number of low-end and mid-end products with small profit margins and increasing the proportion of high-end products.
