BYD, Geely, SAIC sue EU court over electric vehicle tariffs

Chinese electric car manufacturers BYD, Geely and SAIC have filed a lawsuit with the European Court of Justice to challenge the EU's import tariffs on Chinese electric vehicles. The three companies were charged tariffs of 17.0%, 18.8% and 35.3% respectively, and they expressed dissatisfaction and filed the lawsuit.
