LG Energy Solution establishes a new company in China, with its Chinese headquarters in Nanjing

Aierji New Energy (China) Co., Ltd. was established on January 23 with a registered capital of US$10 million. The company is wholly owned by LG Energy Solution Co., Ltd. and mainly engages in new material technology research and development, corporate headquarters management, information consulting services and other businesses. In December last year, LG Energy Solution announced that its China headquarters was officially settled in Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone. Choi Ji-woong, president of LG Energy Solution China, said that the headquarters will be responsible for coordinating the accounting, taxation, legal, logistics, procurement and other businesses of LG Energy Solution's subsidiaries in China, managing cross-border capital pools, and conducting research and development of new energy batteries and materials, as well as investment in the upstream and downstream industrial chains.
