According to Tianyancha, on January 22, Guangzhou Times Power Battery Co., Ltd. was listed as the person subject to execution by the People's Court of Panyu District, Guangzhou City due to a labor dispute case, with the execution target reaching more than 50,000 yuan. The company was established in December 2018 with a registered capital of 2 billion yuan. It mainly engages in lithium-ion battery manufacturing and battery sales. It is jointly held by CATL, GAC Group and its subsidiary GAC Aion New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd.
