Horizon Robotics plans to list on Hong Kong Stock Exchange

The China Securities Regulatory Commission website released Horizon Robotics' overseas offering and listing registration notice. The company plans to issue no more than 1.154 billion overseas listed common shares and plans to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
