US Department of Defense removes Hesai Technology from blacklist

The U.S. Department of Defense has reportedly removed Hesai Technology, the world’s largest manufacturer of electric vehicle lidar sensors, from the blacklist of Chinese military enterprises because the Pentagon believes that Hesai Technology does not meet the legal criteria for inclusion in the blacklist.
