Aptiv's new structure after the spin-off

Aptiv plans to complete the spin-off of the EDS business in March 2026, at which time it will retain the two core business units of Advanced Security & User Experience (AS&UX) and Engineered Components Group (ECG). After the spin-off, Aptiv's new structure is expected to generate annual revenue of $12.1 billion, while the revenue of the independently split EDS business will be approximately $8.3 billion.
