The second plant expansion project of Xinjie Energy was originally planned to be completed in 2024, but it has now been decided to postpone the start of production to August 2025. The total investment of the project is about 223 million yuan, and construction will begin in 2022. After the project is completed, it is expected to achieve an annual output of 26.4 million SiC/GaN power devices.
