Zhejiang Cuizhan Microelectronics Co., Ltd. announced on August 8 that its one millionth IGBT module officially rolled off the production line. The company's IGBT module packaging and testing line adopts an automated intelligent management design and is manufactured with automotive-grade quality control. Cuizhan Microelectronics is committed to the development of power semiconductors, which is in line with the national strategic requirements of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality". With the commissioning of the third phase of the factory, it is expected to form an annual production capacity of 3 million sets of IGBT modules.
