Cuizhan Microelectronics invested 1.5 billion yuan to start the third phase of the project

Cuizhan Microelectronics' Phase III project started in June 2023 with a total investment of RMB 1.5 billion. The total construction area of ​​the project is nearly 100,000 square meters, with a planned construction period of 7 months. The first phase of the factory is expected to be delivered in January 2024, with a renovation period of 3 months and an equipment commissioning period of 1 month. The first batch of about 5 production lines are expected to be officially put into production in May 2024, and all 3 million sets of IGBT module production lines are expected to be put into production by the end of 2024.
