In response to recent rumors about "Nissan's bankruptcy", Liu Xinyu, general manager of Dongfeng Nissan Sales Company, responded on his personal Weibo account. He said that the company's current cash on hand is as high as 1.36 trillion yen, or about 63 billion yuan, which is twice the amount invested by Xiaomi in making cars. This figure also exceeds the cash reserves of three emerging car companies, Xpeng, NIO, and Ideal, which have cash reserves of 36.5 billion, 57.3 billion, and 91.3 billion yuan, respectively.
